His long-term practice has made him familiar with auto manufacturing, automotive core parts manufacturing, industrial chemicals and coatings manufacturing, and shipbuilding and container manufacturing. In particular, he has accumulated rich experience in foreign direct investment, domestic reinvestment of foreign enterprises, domestic merger and reorganization of large sino-foreign joint ventures and foreign enterprises, and the legal environment and practical operation of competition and anti-monopoly.
He has been deeply involved in the joint venture negotiation of Fujian Benz Automotive Industry Co., Ltd., Mercedes-Benz's light commercial vehicle production base in China, the approval and establishment of the joint venture, and the NCV2 Viano model localization technology licensing and localization technology service projects; he has provided full legal services for the franchise of TyrePlus, an after-sales auto repair brand under Michelin, in the Chinese market, and led the commercial feasibility and legal argumentation of the “Central Purchasing Platform for TyrePlus Non-tire Products”; he also participated in the joint venture project between AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd. and an international aircraft engine company.
