He received Bachelor Degree from Peking University, Master Degree from Coventry University in the UK, and Doctoral Degree from Taiwan University. He begins his practice on October 9, 1993, and is currently the director of the Global Management Committee of Landing Law Offices, the arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, the researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Political Science and Law, the doctoral student of the National Taiwan University, and the Honorary President of the Taiwan “One Belt, One Road” Research Center.
