China’s Fosun Group acquired the aesthetic laser company Alma Lasers (Israel) in 2013 and renamed it as Sisram Medical. In September 2017, the company became the first Israeli company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Main Board). Up to now, the company’s sales network has expanded to 80 countries around the world.
