WNS currently has 3,500 seats in South Africa, of which 2,600 are full-time employees. In Cape Town (3 centers), 2,200 full-time employees provide services for clients around the world; in Johannesburg (1 center), 400 full-time employees offer services to the South African market. WNS’s international business includes collecting debts and selling products and services to clients in public utilities, retail, tourism, financial services, and telecommunications sectors in the UK. WNS also proactively expand other business by integrating multinational companies’ BPO services in South Africa, including finance, accounting, mining, R&D and analytics, to serve other countries in the continent, so as to help those companies break into the African market through South Africa.
