Aegis currently employs approximately 1,300 full-time employees in South Africa, of which about 3/4 are based in Johannesburg and 1/4 in Durban. The ratio of the company’s domestic business to its international business is about 7:3. In terms of service departments, more than 60% of Aegis’s business is for financial and telecommunications sectors, and about 20% for public utilities sectors. In addition, the company also provides services for leisure/tourism and government sectors.
