Founded in 2004 with a registered capital of 25 million RMB, the WestInfoSoft Technology Shanghai Co., Ltd. (“WestInfoSoft”) has grown rapidly into a comprehensive information system services provider after more than ten years’ development. The company now hires over 300 employees and is capable of delivering overall corporate C2M solutions. In 2015, it received funds through the A round of financing and started the process of capitalization. In November 2017, the company went public through the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
WestInfoSoft’s main businesses include ERP consulting service, industry software development, IT service for the financial industry, and system operation and maintenance. The company has developed multiple software products and industry solutions with competitiveness. It now has national presence and started an international delivery process with branches and subsidiaries set up in Ürümqi (Xinjiang), Chengdu (Sichuan), Changsha (Hunan) and Sydney (Australia).
WestInfoSoft won a series of honors and qualifications, including Shanghai High-tech Enterprise, Shanghai Software Enterprise, the Certification of Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 5 (CMMI5), and ISO Certification. Many of WestInfoSoft’s projects were included in the Shanghai High-tech Achievements Conversion Project. In addition, it is SAP’s consulting partner in Asia-Pacific and a strategic partner for global R&D collaboration of SAP Labs China. WestInfoSoft is the only domestic information services company with multiple SAP qualifications.
The manufacturing execution system (MES) designed and constructed by WestInfoSoft covers order management, material pull, stereoscopic warehouse management, processing and production, assembling and manufacturing, production process monitoring, quality control, equipment management, energy consumption management, and finished product inspection. This system aims to enable workers to work effectively and solve issues timely, allow production managers to judge production situation to adjust subsequent production plans, and help leaders have effective and timely monitoring to make decisions.
In the future, leveraging its talent advantages and experience in the information consulting field, WestInfoSoft will conduct R&D and upgrade existing solutions and software into mobile and SaaS-oriented products, incubate innovation opportunities and new businesses and expand markets for them, integrate resources and make innovations for business models, so as to extend and expand current businesses. Based on its capabilities in consulting, software development and integration of hardware and software, the company will customize overall information solutions covering from clients to machines for different enterprises.
