AIASH values innovation and upgrades in clients, sales, products and services. As one of earliest insurance companies to use smart devices to sign policies, AIASH launched “AIA TOUCH” in its channel of sales agents and officially upgraded its self-service application “Easy Service” to reduce time-to-service and save customers’ time. Also, the Easy Plan project promoted by AIASH has launched nearly 20 improvement measures in seven groups so far. In 2017, AIASH rolled out a personal mobile health management platform - “AIA health” that closely combines insurance, health and mobile Internet and focuses on customers’ daily health and life management. In 2018, AIASH concluded a long-term strategic partnership agreement with We Doctor Holdings Limited (WeDoctor). Since then, customers of AIASH have had priority access to the medical and health services of WeDoctor, such as appointments, online consultations and offline clinics. This service network is made up of 2700 key hospitals, 22,000 doctors and over 15,000 pharmacies across Mainland China, and over 110 million registered users of WeDoctor are able to take advantage of this insurance plan.
