In April 2017, FSG managed to meet SAP’s needs in staffing and income tax declaration for 6,000 employees (Chinese and non-Chinese) based in 8 cities in China. At the request of SAP, FSG carried out nationwide headhunting looking for HR professionals with two to three years of experience in the trade and more than one year of experience of practical on-site services and organized an excellent on-site support team, which was highly appreciated by SAP.

In June 2017, FSG won another contract with SAP after winning a public tender for services of annual health examination for SAP’s employees based in China. FSG integrated several service providers into its medical exam platform, enabling SAP employees to choose the physical examination organizations, branches, and programs they prefer, and make appointments and look up their health reports online.

Based on smooth cooperation and increasing trust, SAP once again consulted FSG for P-File management solutions. FSG set up a special team to develop the solutions in line with SAP’s P-File processes, operating standards, and special requirements, and invited SAP’s HR team to inspect the workplaces where the documents were scanned and archived. In addition, FSG specially developed the “strictest service-level agreement in history” for this project. For several consecutive years, FSG has been rated as a 99-point top score service provider by SAP.
