Montage Technology is a leading integrated circuit design company that focuses on providing IC-based solutions for data centers. Montage Technology delivers high-performance, safe, and controllable CPU, memory module, and memory interface to address the demand for next-generation server platforms with high performance and high security levels. In June 2016, Montage's "low power consumption DDR memory buffer design technology" was identified as having reached the "leading level in the globe" by the Scientific and Technological Achievement Appraising Meeting of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. In the same year, Montage Technology won the 1st class of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.

Montage Technology also devotes itself to building industry alliance and promoting the industrialization of new controllable data centers. In April 2016, Montage Technology announced the establishment of "Zijin Alliance", which provided support in technology development, market distribution, and the deployment and implementation of software and hardware technology solutions based on Jintide® server platform. In April 2017, Montage Technology worked together with Tsinghua University and Intel to hold a press conference, and released its safe and controllable Jintide® CPU on software and hardware development for various applications in data centers. The press conference effectively validated the functions of the system's key hardware and software modules and promoted the commercialization of Jintide® server platform. In December 2017, Montage Technology, along with its ecosystem partners Byosoft and Lenovo, showed up in the 4th World Internet Conference to jointly unveil the ecosystem of the Jintide® CPU, which marked the start of its commercialization process. Besides, Montage Technology and Tsinghua University jointly introduced the innovative technologies applied in Jintide® CPU and Jintide® server platform and displayed the typical applications for the first time.
