Established in 2000, Shanghai Modern Business Partner Software Co., Ltd. (MBP) is an export-oriented company specializing in software development and technology services. Highlighting the company values of “service, integrity, quality”, MBP is dedicated to providing customer-oriented services.
Nine years after its founding, MBP undertook multiple collaborative projects with Toyota, mostly worth about 3 - 22 million RMB in contract value, which were completed jointly by the Japanese and Chinese teams.
Shortly afterwards, in view of the failure of modern logistics to effectively apply GIS in the domestic market thus far, MBP established a project team to build a smart supply chain management platform, which was subsequently used by Phoenix Media Group, Maky Group and many other companies. Currently, MBP is developing a cloud-based logistics management system.
In order to keep up with market demand and master big data development and application, MBP established the Big Data Innovation Department, where the core R&D team members are veteran Chinese software vendors focusing on business intelligence (BI) and big data analysis in the insurance industry. Committed to providing customers with full-lifecycle products and services in the financial sector, the Department analyzes user behavior in the insurance industry and uses the resulting data to assist insurance institutions in business structuring, perspective marketing, policy review and crisis management. So far, it has established cooperation with financial institutions such as Bank of Communications and Sealand Securities Co. Product lines involving GIS, BI, and big data visualization technologies show that MBP has the advantage when it comes to real-time data processing, data-intensive computing, and backup data archiving.
So far, MBP employs more than 600 multiskilled professionals. Instead of taking on projects from SI companies in Japan like traditional outsourcing enterprises, MBP provides all-round IT solutions and services, including analysis, testing and maintenance, targeted at end-users both at home and abroad in the financial, aviation, pharmaceutical and other industries. For example, Mitsubishi Electric and Future Consulting Group are two of MBP's long-term partners. Over the years, MBP has received numerous awards, including Shanghai's First Batch of Key Outsourcing Enterprises, Technologically Advanced Service Enterprises, High-tech Enterprises’ and Shanghai Key Software and IT Service Export Enterprises.
We believe that in the future, together with its affiliates in Tokyo and Nagoya, MBP will continue to build upon the current IT system model, and strive to provide an international service system in line with China's foreign trade policy.
