Founded in 2004, the Shanghai Tengcheng Medical Tech-Info Co., Ltd. (“TCSoft”) is headquartered in Shanghai, China. It is committed to the R&D and application of clinical laboratory information management software systems. Various solutions provided by the Company have been widely adopted in general hospitals, specialized hospitals, health care departments, and commercial independent examination centers. It helps medical institutions of different levels shift from manual reliance to automation and realize transformation to intelligent and big data-based operations, so as to improve management of clinical laboratories to better serve patients.
With the principle of “assisting management with systems” and the aim of establishing automated and intelligent management platforms for laboratories, TCSoft’s laboratory information management system assists laboratories continuously to improve the “process, system and quality” through the management analysis service “based on samples and data” to realize clinical laboratories’ functional transformation from “medical examination” to “examining medicine”. In addition, TCSoft’s efforts to explore the development of information-driven laboratories based on equipment information flow management contribute to the development of data middleware and laboratory information systems, which serves as a foundation for data governance and application of clinical laboratories. Leveraging its advantage at disease data analysis, TCSoft has also developed a prenatal screening software for the purpose of good prenatal and postnatal care. This software, through the combination of a simple serological testing and a data-based algorithm, helps screen malformations caused by chromosome abnormalities to benefit pregnant women.
With the rapid growth of the in vitro diagnosis (IVD) industry, TCSoft delved into the clinical examination field with its resources, technologies and experience to develop the following 7 products to meet needs of different fields: the Laboratory Smart Application Center, the Laboratory Information Management System, the Information Solution for Regional Examination Centers, the POCT (Point-of-Care Testing) Information Management Platform, the Prenatal Screening Analysis Solution, the Preparation Supply Chain Information System, and the External Quality Assessment System for Clinical Laboratories.
