Shanghai Encore Arts Troupe
The Shanghai Encore Arts Troupe is the first private art troupe in Shanghai to include overseas artists in its performances. It aims to build a team focusing on original art, cultural heritage, on-stage interaction, and community activities.
The Shanghai Encore Arts Troupe continues to create works for a better society and to explore the production of musicals and performances that promote anti-drug education. The Troupe has recruited the leading director Hu Hao as its Art Director, the renowned singer Sun Meina as its Production Designer, and Liu Yanjun, the former Director of the Institute of Modern Drama at the Chinese National Academy of Arts as its Art Consultant. Its original musicals I Will Be with You and We Are Chinese were well received.
