Building an International Platform for Art and Cultural Exchange
The Shanghai FTZ International Art Trade Centre (the "Trade Centre") is operated and managed by the Shanghai FTZ International Cultural Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Taking advantage of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the Company uses the Trade Centre as the main service platform to provide cultural and art support services for domestic and foreign art institutions, serving as a bridge for cultural and artistic exchange at home and abroad. It aims to provide a convenient one-stop platform for culture and art display and trade, and promote the "import" of excellent overseas culture and cultural products, as well as the "export" of cultural products and services with Chinese characteristics.
The trade centre mainly provides full-process services for all aspects of the culture and art trade industry chain, including bonded warehousing for artworks, foreign trade agencies, exhibitions, auctions, spin-off cultural and creative artworks, appraisal, financial insurance and other services.
